Money is deducted but recharge not received

Hi,

I recharged my o2 account with 15 eur this morning via direct debit and selected the “o2 my prepaid S” plan on o2 myapp. The money got deducted from my o2 account for the plan leaving me with 5 eur balance, but the plan is not activated yet.

Please can someone help?

    thanks for your patience and welcome to our English community. :blush:  

     

    I just checked everything. The package “o2 my Prepaid S” was activated on 14th October 2020. But as I see, you were charged twice for it. 

     

    Therefore, I just have given you a credit of 9,74 €. 

     

    I hope you agree to this solution.
