Hi,
I have left Germany and moved to abroad permanently on 26th July, 2022. I have cancelled my contract, sent the router (device: Serial no. A805037184) via DHL service, de-registered from Bochum city. Please find the attached document confirming these statements.
But, still money is deducted for this month from my bank account. I want a full refund of this money. I hope my email will reach to you and you will take an initiative for this.
