Money deducted from my balance but no internet

Dear O2 community 

I recharged today my 02 prepaid SIM  with 20 € where Dear Sir /Madam,

I recharged today my 02 prepaid SIM  with 20 € where 10€  has been ducted from my balance for O2PrepaidS which usually gives me an internet connection for months ( 3.5G) and free calls as well texting message to people in Germany on free of charge. But i do not have internet while my 10€ has been deducted. The phone number is xxx876. Can you please help me ? I urgently need internet now
