Hope this message finds you well. I called the English support team for support but since mine is a prepaid number they asked me to call the German help line number. Unfortunately my German isn’t that good therefore writing here. I recharged my number for 10 euros in the morning out of which I only was credited 4.01 euro. I believe the 5.99 euro for automatically deducted for extension of my Prepaid Data pack M, but unfortunately I didn’t receive the data pack, therefore had to recharge my account for another 15 euro and then I activated the prepaid day pack L. Which I am currently using.
I still don’t see the prepaid Data pack M on my account. Since I had recharge my account again and activate another pack, I request you to kindly refund the money for the prepaid data pack M, since I haven’t used it, else please activate the pack after my day pack gets exhausted.
