Hello 

On 13.11.2023 my money was deducted but credit has not been received not the plan was activated. Please refund the amount. My german is not good so I can't communicate with the costumer service

The refund is automatic. Since that was just yesterday, you have to expect a bit of a wait.

Yeah but it has been a week since I made payment. but plan didn't get activate.

But Still money got deducted yesterday. Please do something regarding it

Your request is about prepaid, right? When exactly did you top up and how? Which option did you want to activate?
