Hey 

a week ago i got the free unlimited max with O2 and today i can’t get to my mobile home spot it shows “ to enable home spot you have to contact O2 “ what seems to be the problem?

are you using an iPhone or an Android phone?

Do you happen to have 2 SIM-Cards? Have you tried to reset the network connection settings?

Hey , i would like to know if there’s a problem regarding hotspot? Doesn’t work for 3 consecutive days , it’s getting really frustrating same goes for me and my colleagues at work no internet for 3 days ? what happened ? An explanation would be nice and when all of this will be restored. Thank you 


An explanation is difficult without knowing where. Is there maybe a network problem at your location? If other people are also unable to connect that would seem like the most likely reason. You can check here:

did the LiveCheck that @bs0 linked above give you any results? If not you can also report that there is a potential issue within your area.
