mobile phone stolen new simcard not activated


Hello, my phone was stolen this past Saturday, I locked the sim and I went to police to report the issue.

Monday morning I went to an O2 shop for getting a new sim card, I was charged with 30€ but 2 days later the new sim is still not activated.

I went yesterday to the shop and they told me there is a problem on the system, this means for me 2 times already driving to the shop, so a lot of time for a very simple operation.…

 

Can someone in this support forum enable my new sim card?

The system is now fixed and your SIM card can be activated. Please try it and let us know if it worked.
