Mistake on automatic Guthaben

Hi everyone, I made a mistake on my O2 app for making an automatic top up under 4€. Because I set it to top up 10€ and my internet package renewal also cost 10€, it ends up making 2 transactions. Can someone help me to cancel and refund the 2nd transaction?

A refund is not possible unless you want to deactivate your prepaid card. 😕

But the money is not gone, you can use it the next time you want to make an booking.
