Hello, Unfortunately the direct debit payment for my ‘myhandy’ contract did not go through. I am unable to make payment through that account for this month because of some issue. Can I make a payment through some other account for this month? What will be the consequence if the payment for this month is missed?

first of all, welcome to our forum. Nice that you have found your way to us. :-)

 

If you know someone who can make the payment for you, it will be fine for us. It is important that the corresponding customer number for the o2MyHandy contract is given. You should find this number on your bank statement with the previous payments.
