Hi,

I originally had a 24 month phone contract from February 2019 till February 2021. I requested the  contract termination in the 3 month notification period and it  was confirmed that my contract would be terminated in  February 2021.

Yesterday I received a call from O2 customer service, who wanted to offer me a new deal. I made it clear to him that I did not want a new 24 month contract, however I would consider any new deal which could be terminated with a one month notification. He offered me a good deal and I accepted it. I repeatedly asked him if the new contract could be canceled at ANYTIME with a 1 month notification and he said yes, so I am absolutely sure it was not a misunderstanding. 

When I received a confirmation email for the new tariff , it turned out to be a fixed 24 month contract. Afterwards,   I called the O2 customer service and I requested them to cancel it.  The cancellation  was confirmed at that time but today I have received another email which says that the new 24 month contract has been activated. "My O2 " is showing the same.

Please note that the 14 day cancellation period for the new deal  has not yet expired. Can someone please help me to cancel any new contracts and go back to my original contract which was supposed to end on 24 February 2021? Thank you.

Send an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de to cancel. It is not a good idea to do this by telephone.

 

 


Hello @alighafoor, welcome at our community. I am sorry that there maybe was a misunderstanding.

As bs0 already said, you can withdraw the deal.

Did you do this and is everything fine?
