Hello @danielapas ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Your new provider will have to start the process of migrating the number, if your contract is running than we can set the opt-in to allow your new provider to migrate the number, this we can do for you. Just tell us if you need us to do this.

They've been trying but they said O2 didn't accepted and that i had to ask you

Hello @danielapas,

the porting was rejected because your number has not yet been released, as my colleague @o2_Sven had previously written.
I have just applied for the release. Now you can apply for porting again with your new provider.
