Hello, I am new customer and registered for o2 account today. But I can not login to MeinO2 app with my login id. It says “Data can not be loaded, 403 Error”. In website, I can login but I can not access my data due to some technical error issue. Anyone facing similar case?

I always have problems with the app. I can also log in and my data will also be loaded correctly, I think. So I see all contract data. But still I keep seeing an error message at the top of the screen. I don’t know why. So I asked myself if it’s the same in your case. Do you see your contract data?

No. I can not login. It stays on the login page showing that error message.
