Hi everyone, I’m a o2 Free M user since last year September. I have issues with my LTE connection starting from yesterday.

I’m not able to use my mobile data even though my phone is showing LTE signal. I’ve tried to turn on/ off airplane mode & restarting my phone, these methods allow me to use my mobile data again but only for a few minutes before my mobile data is not functioning again (LTE is still shown on my phone). I’ve only used 4GB of my 20GB plan. 

Anyone who know the solution for this is very much appreciated !!

Have you already checked your address in our LiveCheck? Maybe an issue affecting the stations near you is already known and being worked on. If it shows everything is fine, then you can report an issue as well by clicking on “Ich stimme nicht zu”.
