Hello. I have a prepaid plan and i went to O2 branch today. However, i lost the paper with the voucher code and the receipt. Is there a way I can get the code again?

Oh, that is unfortunate you lost the paper with the voucher code, as we cannot trace it back, as Sächsin wrote, in that case you will have to buy a new one.

But take a little time first if you want to search again, in case it is still with you.
