Hello, I am trying to get my SIM card PIN from MyO2 but I am unable to see anything about my SIM card because I get an error:

SIM cards and call settings

For technical reasons, your data cannot be fully loaded at the moment. Please try again later.

This has been happening since yesterday. I know that you all were doing maintenance this weekend, but that maintenance ended a few hours ago and it still gives me the above error. I have logged out and logged back in, I have delete my cookies, I have even restarted my computer to make sure with luck in getting that error to go away and give me the data I need to get my cellphone working again. I have been without access to my phone for the whole weekend and I would like to get this fixed as soon as possible. Any help that you can provide regarding this matter would be most appreciated.

Hello @Sienex ,

the maintenance run a good bit longer than intended. Have you been able to glean your PIN from your customer portal by now?
