Hi @fzt,

thanks for your request.

In order to help you with ordering a new replacement-card for you, I still need some more information.

Therefore, I have just sent a private message from o2_Support to you.

Please reply to this private message.

Thanks a lot.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Hello, I am experiencing this issue and really need your help for SIM card replacement. I tried to call the number provided to replace my SIM but it can not connect (maybe because now I'm in Indonesia). Can you tell me to solve this instead of call the customer service?

Hi @Valin ,

thank you for your inquiry about ordering a replacement sim card. 😃

Are you already registered on o2.de? If so, you can order the card via your My o2 area directly on the website or in the app.

What kind of cell phone do you use? Is an eSim also possible? Since you are not in Germany at the moment, would that be easier to order and activate for you?

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or if we can help you in any way.

Regards
Michael

Hi Michael..

Unfortunately, I have never registered my number on o2.de. I just checked the apps and it requires that the SIM card is installed on the phone in order to receive the code sent. So..what should I do now? FYI, I still keep the proof of card purchase (Rechnung). I bought the SIM card in Berlin, Europlatz, 5 years ago. Please help.…

Oh ya, I am using Samsung Galaxy A33 5G and there is no Esim support...

Dear @Valin ,

best thing is, you go to a shop and buy a new one there, it will be activated directly in the shop, the ones we can sent to you by post have to be activated in the my o2 App or the onlineportal to which you have no access at the moment. 🙁

Please, be sure to activate My o2 access when you have a SIM card again so that you have access to the services we offer there in the future.

Kind regards,

Andrea
