Please can you help me? I lost my sim sim card . Is it possible to get the same number? What should I do? Thank you for your help

    If you have access to your “mein o2” account, you can just order a replacement card for your lost card. If your old card was stolen, you should lock it first

    Have you already been able to get help on the english hotline or can we help you further?
    Has your phone been stolen and do you want to block the SIM card or do you just need a new SIM card?
