You can do this yourself via the app or in the customer portal.
o2 cannot track your phone. You can do that if you have tracking software installed.

I'm very sorry that you lost your phone. The fastest way to block your SIM card is to call our hotline. They also offer support in Englisch on 089 66 66 30 081, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm. The customer support can also send you a new SIM card quickly.
