Lost Phone and SIM

Dear team,

I lost my phone and the O2 SIM two months back. 

I tried calling customer service but i do not understand German.

May i know what is the procedure to get the new SIM with same number.

You can order a new SIM card online but you will need your personal identification code to do so. 

Did you already get in touch with our customer service to clarify this matter?

Hi, thanks for your support. I recieved the new sim but I do not know how to activate the new sim. Can you please provide the steps. The link shared in the letter to activate the sim doesn't load.

I regret that you have lost your SIM together with your phone. This is certainly not a pleasant situation. 

 

Did you already manage to activate your sim-card, or do you still need my support?

Next time when you lose your sim-card, please contact us immediately in order to block your lost sim-card. :wink:

Hello @Chris.maduka,

your profile is not linked to your phone number, so I can't look it up for you. Has your concern been resolved in the meantime?
Otherwise, you can deactivate your sim card yourself in your My o2 portal and order a new sim card. You can find everything about My o2 here:

Hi I lost/got stolen my phone and sim card, can we block the sim and can I get a new one?

I am very sorry that your  phone and sim card was stolen ☹️

You can block the sim card in Mein o2 or via the Tarifmanager (1414)
