limit outside of Germany

Hello, I recently got a message that my limit outside of Germany is 22 GB, when it is supposed to be unlimited. Furthermore I cannot install mein O2 app outside of Germany so I was wondering how I can check my limit. Thank you

    It is not unlimited outside Germany. You can check your data usage by logging into the customer portal through the website.

      Like @bs0 wrote, the data volume is limited outside germany. You can check it in the “Mein o2” App under “Daten Ausland” → Details

      Thank you both for your answer, but as I mentioned I can't install the app because I'm currently not in Germany, how do I check the data on the website?

      Click on the top right:

       

       

       

      There you can log in with the data you would also use for the app.

      I mean... I know, otherwise how would I have sent these messages? I'm asking where the data consumption is, when I click on any of the "mein o2" sub-links it always leads me to forums, which I do not want, I want my personal usage of data!

      please delete the cookies and the cache of the browser and then try to log in again. It may also help to use a different browser.
