Late Payment Card Deactivated

Hello,

My card is now deactivated by O2 because i went back to my homeland and i forgot to pay my contract bills. I just went back to Germany and i paid all the bills. I paid it via bank transfer and i used instant transfer.

I am sure that the money already arrived. When will my card be activated again? Should I do some procedure to activate it ?

24-48 after o2 has received the money and marked it to your account. 
 

Monday your bank did the transfer, Tuesday it shows up at o2 bank. 
 

still wait and reboot your handy

Have you cancelled your contract because of going back to your home country or have you just missed to pay?

Hello,

I just missed to pay. But last sunday, i paid everything and from what i know my card will active again after 24-48 Hours after payment. Until now i still can’t use my card.

As Denner already mentioned, it takes up to 48 hours after we received and processed your payment.
Since this is an automatic process, we can not speed it up unfortunately.

Make sure to restart your phone, too!
