I have moved out of Germany couple of months ago and in O2 store  have been told that if I move out of EU and have one-way ticket (what was my case), I have right to finish the contract before the official end.   However, O2 still charges money every month for the number/contract I don't use. Is it possible to fix that?

If you leave Germany permanently this is possible. It is not a right but a gesture of good will. A one way flight ticket us not enough though, you need to send in the deregistration document from Germany and proof of permanent residence in a different country. You also have to pay three months basic charge for your contract.
