Kombivorteil nach Verlängerung ist Weg

wie und wo wurden die Verträge verlängert? Das muss mit vereinbart sein.

auf welchen Vertrag hast du denn vorher den Kombivorteil erhalten? Laufen beide Verträge unter derselben Kundennummer? 

Ich habe die Veränderung von Internet DSL Vertrag durch O2 call center gemacht und ich habe den Mobilvertrag durch o2 Webseite verändert.

Und ja die  beide Verträge laufen unter derselben Kundennummer.

Beim Mobilfunkvertrag hat doch gar keine VVL mit Tarifwechsel stattgefunden 🤔 ... und, ehrlich gesagt, der Tarifwechsel beim DSL war eigentlich auch unnötig...

I assume the “Tarifwechsel” will be reflected in the next Rechnung, as I did it recently. In the case of DSL, we had to switch to Kabel, because the DSL didn’t work in our new flat. This was whole another horror story with O2, I don’t want to go details here.

I was happy to have a look for you. The contract extension of the mobile phone contract in the online portal and your new o2 My Home cable contract were both offered to you without a combination advantage. We cannot book this for you later either, as this is not listed in the contract conditions.
