So I ordered 2 new iphones over the telephone and the Operator made a blunder by ordering me 2 new sims with the phone instead of extending my contract. Now I called again and they transferred my 2 old numbers (mine and my wife's) to the new sim and cancelled the old contracts (after paying for 2 sim cards that I dont need for 1 month). Now i got my latest Rechnung, im paying 32,99 for 25 GB per month with 5 Rabatt but the kombi vorteil  is gone. I chose to change contract with  29,99 with 5 Rabatt for 30GB per Month. Why am i not eligible for Kombi vorteil when I'm paying for 2 sim cards?

Please excuse the late response and thank you for your patience.

The contracts were concluded without a Kombivorteil, as another discount had already been set up for both contracts. This discount will also remain in place permanently.

The conditions for both tariffs were communicated to you by email when you placed your order and again after the tariff change. By accepting the offer, you agreed to these conditions.

Both contracts have the 30 GB data volume/month and the 5,00 EUR discount. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an additional discount retroactively.

Is there anyway i can avail of the kombi vorteil discount? Like changing to a new tariff?

since you contacted us in time to cancel your tariff change, I would like to suggest that we reverse the tariff change for one contract only (phone number ...738) so that you receive the old conditions with the Kombivorteil again.

If you agree with this solution, please let me know and I will take care of the tariff change.

Can you please explain further? I don’t quite understand. But i would love to avail of the discount. Thank you for your help.

for the contract with the phone number ending on ...738 we would revoke the tarif change so you would have the same conditions as before with the Kombivorteil.

Please note, that we cannot change the new plan, the only possibility is to return to the old conditions.

Please let me know if you agree or if you want to keep the new conditions.
