I requested a google pixel 8 pro on October 16, 2023 and had to make an advance payment of 185.99 euros on the same day. The next day (10/17/2023) I received an email informing me that my application was rejected and the amount will be refunded within a month.
It's been almost 5 months now and I still haven't received a refund and I don't know what to do. I personally went to the showroom at Marienplatz in Munich to complain, but I have not received a response yet.
It would be great if someone in the forum could help me.

Normally the amount is transferred back to the payment method originally used.

How did you make the deposit, via credit card, Paypal or Klarna (immediate transfer)?

Thank you for your response. I made a one-time payment of 185.99 Euros via my Visa card from Wise. I do have all transaction details and emails provided by O2. I can provide them if there is a different way of contacting support.
