kaputt Bildschirm xiaomi 12T Pro


Hello. I have a Xiaomi 12T Pro from o2 wothout any contract, just monthly payment. Yesterday my phone fell from my car and the display now is cracked. I know that the guarantee is 24 months, but can i change it at o2 if is still in guarantee? Thank you !

The guarantee does not apply in such a case.

Oh dear, more than annoying that your phone now has a broken screen 😥

I can only give you the same answer as Sandroshubert already told you. Display damage is your own fault and is not covered by the warranty.

You can send it to us for a fee and have it repaired at a workshop authorized by the manufacturer, or you can go to a cell phone doctor of your choice.

@Andreea.Liubici  I can tell you, that you dont have any guarantee when your cellphone felt down and cracked. Neither O2 nor Xiaomi will repair this on their costs.. you have to pay this by yourself. Thats a fact.

 

I'll give you another advice. Have the device repaired at an authorized repair center and not at some backyard workshop.. 

You might save €50 but in the end you will sacrifice the quality

In any case, have it repaired in an authorized repair workshop, which works with original spare parts. So that the guarantee remains intact 💡
