issues cancelling prepaid packs

I cancelled my prepaid packs 2 months ago, but I am still being charged for each individual pack - I have been charged something like 80€ and I haven't used any data. I only wanted to start using the Prepaid L pack this month, but I was charged 3 times for different packs and I am losing a lot of money.

As I see, you activated the pack “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XL” on 3rd May 2020 and “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” on 8th May 2020. You deactivated the pack “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XL” already on 8th May 2020, but you did not deactivate the pack “o2 my Prepaid S”.

 

Therefore, I deactivated “o2 my Prepaid S” for you now. Additionally, you got a refund for o2 my Prepaid Data Pack XL and o2 my Prepaid S.
