Hello O2 Community, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inquire about the status of my recent order for a phone. It was mentioned that the phone was available immediately, and I placed the order nearly 2 days ago. However, I haven't received any shipping details yet. Could you please provide me with an update on when I can expect the phone to arrive and any information regarding the shipping process? I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

You should not worry yet. According to o2, it will be shipped within two to three working days.
