Hola, compré un teléfono a crédito, pagué 185 euros, lo recogieron en el banco y no me llegó la factura de compra, ¿qué puedo hacer?

Hello, you can find your invoice in the My o2 app under Invoice. Have you already registered for the app?

And it would be better if you could comment here in English.

have you tried to use the “mein o2”app to look up your invoice? :)
