the iPhone and the SIM card are delivered separately.
If the iPhone was returned to us, you can order it again, i.e. by calling our customer support (English hotline: 089/666630081). Please check whether the shipment tracking shows a reason for the return (wrong adress for example).
Have you received the SIM in the meantime or is it likely to be returned as well?

have you called the customer service meanwhile to order the iPhone again? They can also sent another SIM card if you still haven’t received it.
There is likely to be a problem with your address (and email adress), so please make sure it is double checked against yours.
