I’ve order iphone 13 pro max on 17 november. And they told me it would delivery this week but still i haven’t received it and also i can’t track it online whenever i use my order no to track it, your website doesn’t recognise my order no.

I just had a look. Your device IPHONE 13 PRO MAX 128GB, SIERRABLUE will arrive on Saturday (tomorrow). You will get the DHL-email-notifications to receive further information about the delivery-time.
