1- I order IPhone 13 Pro Max Alpine Green last week. The status on the ID still shows “Pre-Order’ which is confusing because IPhone 13 Pro Max has been released last year. What does this mean?

 

2- I had Vodafone prepaid SIM before but I wanna keep the number. While ordering the phone, I already mentioned that I would like to move to O2. My vodafone sim is not working anymore. I am without any cellular connection right now, which is painful. I am thinking of going to any O2 shop and change my cellular network to O2 but since I have already mentioned it in the phone order, I don’t know if it is smart to do that.

this status can appear when the phone is ordered but currently not in stock.  Have your received your new iphone in the last days? You`ve mentioned your Vodafone SIM; did you also order a SIM from us? If so, the SIM will be sent seperatly from the phone. The number transfer will most likely not have been created with the order, meaning you’d need to request the number transfer again after the activation your new o2 SIM.
