Hey!

Yesterday I decided to order an iPhone 12 Pro Max (128GB; Graphite) and also get a 24 month O2 contract (O2 free M) for the first time. I successfully payed for a 1 euro transaction as well.

 

However, I am uncertain on the status of my contract and my phone.

 

Questions

  • When am I supposed to receive/sign the contract?
  • Will my current phone number will also persist with my new O2 contract?
  • When will my phone be delivered?

My order number is: WSHW39XXXXXX.

Yes, you can keep your number. For this, you have to do number portability from the old provider and with us. Please have a look here: Rufnummernmitnahme

Your phone will also arrive in the next few days.
