Hi,

I would like to ask a new question but couldn’t find a way to open a topic, so I am responding here (I apologize if this is wrong).

My problem is I need my 2022 and 2023 invoices from O2 but I am not anymore a customer so I can’t login to MyO2 (to be honest, it was almost impossible even when I was a customer). Is there way you could email (or mail) those invoices?

we can of course check for your invoices and have them mailed to you. For that we will need some more information from you though, for that you’ll be getting a private message from our support account in a moment.

I want to get invoices for my recharge history for the last 2 months. Also a invoice for my contract. Can you email it. It’s urgent. Thanks.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

We generally do not email any bills. If you need any recent ones, then you can also make use of the mein o2 that belongs to your contract. If you haven’t done this yet, you’ll have to first register for mein o2.
