My number XXXX was stopped on 24th september 2020. But in my rechnung i have been charged for 2 months for the same number, despite of the fact that i wasn’t using the number, after reaching out by phone and writing the letter via post , i got a confirmation that the number has been stopped , but my money will not be refunded. When i am not using the number why should i pay for it ? I am looking for your support and refund of my money for the month October and November
