Hello o2 team :

My number XXXX was stopped on 24th september 2020. But in my rechnung i have been charged for 2 months for the same number, despite of the fact that i wasn’t using the number, after reaching out by phone and writing the letter via post , i got a confirmation that the number has been stopped , but my money will not be refunded. When i am not using the number why should i pay for it ? I am looking for your support and refund of my money for the month October and November

welcome to our English community. I am happy to help you with the cancellation and the charge for a specific mobile phone contract. 

 

Do you talk about the mobile phone number with 991 at the end that was deactivated on 25th November 2020? 

 

I just had a look concerning the cancellation. We received your cancellation on 24th June 2020, one day after the cancellation period ended. Normally, this would have ment that your contract will end on 24th September 2021(instead of 2020). Out of good will, we did not insist that you stay further 12 months and ended the contract on 25th November 2020. Therefore, until this date, all connections and basic fees have to be paid. 

 

I hope you understand now the reason for the 2 extra months.
