Hello,

I'm financing a mobile phone "phone 13 pro max." I got the phone at the beginning of last month “July”.

The invoice was not delivered during 13 day post the arrival of the phone. After contacting O2 support through the community I was told that they issued a new devilry of the invoice”that was 13 days ago”. It is now almost  a month and half and I have not received the invoice yet.

Did you already register your phone there?

At the registration you choose, that you are “MyHandy-Kunde”:

@o2_Manuela  Thanks Manuela for the reply, I can not access Mein o2 app. And for the registration for MyHandy they ask for Vertragsnummer and I don't have it “I believe it comes with invoice”.

 

I registered my o2 account through my email, and I do not have any link to my installment plans.
