I would like to receive sales tax invoice for the prepaid top up payments I made, or the products that I bought using that payment amount for the month of February.

I contacted customer support and they mentioned that they will send my February invoice by post, but could you please confirm if it is done? I still don’t have the invoice.

I was happy to take a look for you. Our customer support has ordered you to send a retroactive sales tax invoice for January and to send the following statements continuously in the future to your adress.

It has been a long time since I requested this and I still haven’t received it at the address specified in my account. Could you please verify that it is delivered or not?

that surprises me too, since it's been almost a month.

I have asked our employees about this. The letter was only sent on March 15, 2024 by the responsible department.

If you still haven't received the letter next week, please contact me again and I'll request the invoices again for you.
