Why my bills is different from my contact. It’s more expensive than my contract?
What exactly is wrong? On page 2 of the invoice you can see exactly what you have been charged for.
Yes. When i ordered online the tariff with contract last November is not the same with my contract. I called o2 they about the tariff and there are some changes. My tariff is o2 S (3GB) the original price is 9.99 Euro but the operator that I talked too offered me O2 M (20GB) at the price of 14.99 Euro. And I agree with it. They sent me information through email. Now I have to pay more than that.

On my contract the connection price is free. From 16.December and 23.December 4.99 euro was debited from my account. What is that for?
You have two contracts - Free M which started on 10th December and Free S which started on 1st December. The Free S costs 19,99 per month (but has been billed pro rata for 13 days in the first billing month) and the Free M costs 29,99 per month (also billed pro rata). On top of that you have the one time connection fee for the Free S.
If this is not what you wanted, what emails did you receive from o2? You should have received a confirmation of the conditions.
That matches your invoice but the combi-discount of € 15.00 is missing for the Free M.

the o2 Free M did not receive the Kombi-Vorteil, because there was no other contract active at the time of the contract activation. The second contract, the o2 Free S, could receive the Kombi-Vorteil (10 € per Month) with the Free M acting as the enabler.
The Free M was activated first, so it acts as the enabler for all other contracts under that customer ID. We can’t change the order of the contracts or the enabler, I’m afraid, which is why we can only activate the discount for the Free S-Contract.
Please let us know how you want to proceed and if you want us to activate the Kombi-Vorteil for the Free S-Contract.
The refund for the activation fee has already been requested. You should be able to see that on the next bill.
Regarding the 4,99 €: Were there 2 deductions with 4,99 € each? If so, I’d think that these deductions cover the delivery fees for the cellphones.
