You have a prepaid data card. With pure data cards you can't add telephone usage, that's technically impossible with these cards. If you need phone usage, then you would have to get a new prepaid card with which you can use telephone usage in combination with data usage. Thanks for your answer. Is it possible to get a new prepaid card at the O2 store and then transfer the existing

Internet-to-Go plan plus the remaining credits to the new card? If possible, that’s mean I will be able to use Internet-to-Go while able to make phone calls with the rate of O2 my Prepaid 9 Ct. at the same time?

you can’t transfer a plan from one SIM-card to another. I am sorry.

These tariffs are intended for use e.g. in tablets or laptops, where telephone calls are not needed.
