hi,

i have internet with speed 250 in contract but its 180 in reality

 i pay for 250 and get 90 !!!!!

now without reason i checked the speed and the download is 90 Mb // Upload 28 Mb

another problem with App O2 .. i can’t login to my account since 3 months althogh with your website 

every time i get this message

Welcome to the Community @Kindeer1, since when do you already have the DSL contract? And was the speed already in the range you mentioned from the start or did these results only come over time.
