internet speed

I have an o2 Free unlimited max internet contract, which promises speeds of up to 250mbps. But I'm not even getting 10mbps.And there is no problem with upload speed only download speed but still unusable. Is there any resolution for this?

Hello @Kalamara,

the attainable speed depends on a lot of different factors like for example the distance to the antenna, how many users are logged into that antenna at a given time, the frequencies used and supported by the antenna and the mobile device, and so on.

Please have a look at our Livecheck to see if there are any known issues in your area.

Have you also tried what speed you achive in different areas?

Internet works fine during the day but very bad at night.the problem still persists.I also checked there is no problem in my area.I work during the day I just want to relax by playing games at night but this problem is driving me crazy please help.
