Dear O2 support team,
I’ve been long time your pre-paid customer. Since the internet pack and smart-phone option are confusing, I accidentally bought the o2 my Prepaid Data Pack M. Afterward I found this is a mistake and I chose the option to immediately cancel it. What I wanted to do is just to continue using the o2 my Prepaid S. Can you please help me understand how the refund proceed?
