I have a problem. Today I have a top up of 20 euro for my Internet pack (O2 My Prepaid M) which is 14,99€. The credit is directly taken and I received 5,01€. But the Internet pack is not booked and stated (Wartet Auf Aufladung). Now I booked (O2 My prepaid Basic) for emergency and now I got a message saying that O2 My Prepaid M is now ended without refund. I just want to reactivate my previous Pack.
