Greetings, I am unable to activate the Roaming Service in Bangladesh. On my phone, there is no network shown. I have implemented the majority of the procedures detailed in numerous articles published on websites and in the o2 community. Is there anything I need to activate or purchase? I have a prepaid connection. When I visited Bangladesh 6 months ago everything worked perfectly. But now it’s not working. I would be extremely grateful for any assistance.

Thank you very much for your answer. It can take up to 10 attempts to log in when using manual network selection. Have you tried this?

I have tried more than 10 times with every mentioned network in Bangladesh in last couple of days without success. Can you please check and help me out?

Hello @Tanveer_a,

Please check that your roaming is enabled and switch to manual network selection. Try logging into a network several times (up to 10 times). If it worked the last time, it could be the settings. A factory reset may also help. If your local provider is down, try another network.
