Hi, 

 

I’m considering ordering a SIM card with a prepaid package - either the S or the M monthly package. Does this include calls within the EU? Specifically I need to be able to call the UK and Bulgaria.

@SophieElizabeth No German prepaid tariff have included calls from Germany to UK or Bulgaria. You must pay extra for this. You want to call from Germany to UK/Bulgaria landline and/or mobile numbers?

Mostly uk landline.
