How do i go about cancelling the insurance on my phone?

Hello Sven,

Apologies for the late response, I did not get around to sorting out the insurance cancellation when I contacted you earlier in the year.

I followed your instructions and sent a cancellation email to the insurance last Sunday.  The Insurers confirmed that the cancellation will take effect from 06.08.2024.
