Inquiry Regarding Bank Transfer Payment Status


I have sent the payment using the bank transfer method as indicated in the attached file, but as of now, it has not been reflected in my balance. Could you please check on it?

please censor your bank details as this is a public forum and your bank details can be misused.

It can take up to 14 days for a moderator to visit due to the high demand for help.

I think as you already know, we received your bank transfer yesterday and from what I can see you’ve booked yourself a Prepaid pack with this money. So I assume everything is alright or is there anything that we can support you with?
