As one week ago I made a Bank transfer to an IBAN given in O2 account. And requested them to activate my package, but till now I didn’t get any response and my package is not yet activated . As I can see this in my app that my account is still in minus and amount is not yet updated.
As because of lockdown all O2 shops are closed and they made call baring “ON 'on my number so I can ' t make any calls.
So how long does it take to update and start operation.? And is there any other alternative.
