As one week ago I made a Bank transfer to an IBAN given in O2 account. And requested them to activate my package, but till now I didn’t  get any response and my package is not yet activated . As I can see this in my app that my account is still in minus and amount is not yet updated.

As because of lockdown all O2 shops are closed and they made call baring “ON 'on my number so I  can ' t make any calls.

So how long does it take to update and start operation.? And is there any other alternative.

You had an outstanding invoice and your SIM was deactivated? You transferred the outstanding amount and the SIM is still deactivated?

Did you enter (only) the customer number in the transfer?

Which IBAN did you transfer the payment to?

Have you restarted your phone?


Firstly, Yes I have an unknown invoice I do not know why I have this invoice. But anyway I made a bank transfer to IBAN (DE16700202700005713153) which was given on O2 website.

And its been more than a week that my SIM is not yet activated and also Package.

I did mention the concern in description and also wrote my Handy number in the customer reference.

And I have restarted my phone but it s till same, no effect.

 

 


What do you mean 'package'?

In order for the transfer to be credited correctly you should put only the customer number in the payment description. The mobile number in the reference box is not necessary but will not be the problem here.

IBAN: DE16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53 is correct.

You will need to call o2 customer services tomorrow and speak to the billing department so that they can find your payment.
