I have a query regarding my 02 contract. I signed my contract with 02 in November 2021. it’s been a year. And from the month of June 2022. I have been charged extra and inconsistent for the past few months. This month, I have been charged 68€ which is x3 times than the actual contract fee. I tried reaching out through calls but I couldn’t talk to the person incharge. Please let me know how should I proceed further! Thanks!
