Do you have an already activated SIM card or are there problems with the Post Ident procedure?

It also depends on whether it's just an obvious typo or whether the data is completely wrong.

In the first case, our customer service can help you quickly; in the second case, a change of contract owner must be carried out.

@o2_Giulia  It’s the second case where the data is totally wrong. I just bought the sim card from a shop. And there is no contract. So for the form you provided what can I do with it? fill it and what is the next step then?

so if I understand you correctly, the card was already registered by another person?

This would of course be a mistake on the part of the shop where you purchased the card and should be complained about there.

If you absolutely want to keep the phone number, you can fill out the form for change of ownership and send it to the address provided on top of the form.
